Tub Tea

Tub tea is a wonderful little secret for your skin. Botanicals  and herbs can sooth your skin and your soul. Tub teas generally should be put in a muslin pouch then run under warm bath water, let is "steep" for a few minutes before getting in. Most teas don't have much of a fragrance but the benefits of the herbs are good for your skin. Below is one of my recipes for tub tea.

¼ cup lavender buds
¼ cup chamomile buds
¼ cup rose petals
¼ hibiscus petals
¼ cup calendula petals
Mix all together in a large bowl. Put a scoop of tea in a muslin bag and run under warm bath water.
